EPIC’s Managing Director is a highly experienced Corporate Manager and Trust and Estate Practitioner, particularly in the establishment and administration of “niche-hybrid captive reinsurance companies” commonly known as Producer Owned Reinsurance Companies for which the Turks and Caicos Islands have become world renown. EPIC’s Directors and key management personnel, their education, training and extensive professional experience in business, particularly in the financial services industry, have between them more than fifty years of combined experience and a proven track record in all aspects of the financial services industry and business consultancy fields.

ERVINE M. QUELCH, TEP, JP., NP

Ervine is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with an extensive career, spanning over 30 years of progressive experience, in corporate management, trust administration and a wide range of offshore financial services, paralegal, and business management fields.  Ervine’s excellent business management, problem solving and commercial decision making skills has been instrumental in the substantial growth of Turks and Caicos Islands financial services sector, earning him the enviable reputation of being the highest respected corporate services practitioners in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Ervine is a practicing Notary Public and Justice of the Peace, has served the Turks and Caicos Islands Legislature in the capacity as the Governor’s Appointed Member. He has a sound working knowledge of the machinery of Government. He has a distinguished career in public service and practice including serving as a Member of the Finance Industry Steering Committee (FISCO) and the Joint Coordinating Committee of the Financial Services Industry (JOCOM), engaged in the examination and review of financial service legislation, including making recommendations to Government and industry in relation thereto; enjoying appointments as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TC Invest  (Turks and Caicos Islands Investment Agency), a statutory agency of the Turks and Caicos Islands Government with responsibility for attracting direct foreign investment into the Islands and the provision of mortgage, education and business loans financing; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the  to Turks and Caicos Islanders Financial Services Commission and Turks and Caicos National Insurance Board.
