Registration of Foreign Corporation

The following is a summary of the information and documents required to enable us to assist with registration of the above Company in Turks and Caicos:

• A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, duly certified under the public seal of the Registrar of Companies in the Company’s jurisdiction of incorporation.
• A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Charter and Byelaws, duly certified under the public seal of the Registrar of Companies in the Company’s jurisdiction of incorporation.
• An original Certificate of Incumbency setting out the names and addresses of all the Directors and Officers.
• A certified copy of a Resolution of the Directors of the Company authorising registration of the Company in Turks and Caicos, appointing EPIC Corporate & Consultancy Services Ltd. as the Resident Representative and designating EPIC’s address as the Registered Office address of the Company in the Islands. EPIC will be pleased to provide a suggested draft of an appropriate resolution for that purpose.
